Welcome to JOIUSS. By using our website or purchasing from us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms apply to all users of the site.

This website is operated by JOIUSS. References to "we", "us" and "our" mean JOIUSS Ltd. Our store is hosted by Shopify Inc., which provides our e-commerce platform.

2. Using Our Site

You agree not to use our site or services for illegal or unauthorised purposes. Breaching any of these terms may result in termination of services.

We aim to keep all content on our site accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee that all information is current, complete, or error-free. Product images may vary slightly from real-life items.

5. Product Availability

Some items may be available in limited quantities or online only. All orders are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities or cancel orders at our discretion.

6. Orders & Billing

7. Shipping, Processing & Cancellations

Orders are processed on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday (9am–3:30pm GMT). Dispatch occurs on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays only.

  • Frame-Only Orders: Can be cancelled before 2pm on processing days. Dispatched quickly—refer to our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

  • Prescription & Custom Lens Orders: Can only be cancelled before the lenses are sent to our lab (10am Tue/Thu). After this, only the frame portion is refundable. See our Cancellation Policy for full details.

8. Returns & Refunds

Please refer to our Returns Policy for how to return items and request refunds. Custom lenses are non-refundable once in production.

9. Optional Tools & Links

We may link to third-party tools and websites. We are not responsible for any issues that may arise from using them. Use at your own risk.

10. User Comments & Feedback

By submitting any content (e.g., suggestions or reviews), you grant us the right to use and share that content without restriction. Offensive or unlawful comments may be removed.
